In the 1990s, after finishing my Masters, I faced a question: take a job or start my own business? I wanted to build something of my own, but I also knew I had to understand the business first.
In 1991 we began with 3-wheelers, and in 1995 we stepped into the world of transport with an old bus and a truck. But my deep understanding of the bus business came while working as a driver at HRTC. There I saw up close what passengers need, the challenges of each route, and how important it is to travel safely and on time.
That experience turned a job into a way of learning, and the business into my goal.
In 1998, Ram Parivahan began its journey as a professional bus business. Today, with 17 buses, it has become a name that passengers trust for good service.
Now we are taking that same trust into the digital world, because times change, and those who move ahead are those who change with them.
From 3-wheelers to 17 buses, the story of Ram Parivahan is about first learning, then understanding, and then building something on your own strength.
1990 के दशक में एम.ए. की पढ़ाई के बाद सवाल था, नौकरी करें या अपना काम शुरू करें? सपना अपना कुछ करने का था, लेकिन काम को समझना भी ज़रूरी था।
1991 में हमने तीन पहिया गाड़ियों (ऑटो) से शुरुआत की। 1995 में एक पुरानी बस और एक ट्रक के साथ हम ट्रांसपोर्ट के काम में आ गए। लेकिन बस के काम की गहरी समझ तब आई जब मैंने HRTC में ड्राइवर की नौकरी की। वहाँ मैंने सवारियों की ज़रूरतें, रास्तों की मुश्किलें और समय पर सुरक्षित पहुँचने की अहमियत को पास से देखा।
इसी तजुर्बे ने नौकरी को सीखने का ज़रिया और अपने काम को मेरा लक्ष्य बना दिया।
1998 में राम परिवहन ने बस के पेशेवर कारोबार के रूप में सफ़र शुरू किया। आज 17 बसों के साथ यह नाम सवारियों के भरोसे और अच्छी सेवा की पहचान बन चुका है।
अब हम इसी भरोसे को डिजिटल दुनिया तक ले जा रहे हैं, क्योंकि वक़्त बदलता है, और आगे वही बढ़ता है जो ख़ुद को भी बदलता है।
